F.A.Q’s

BRANDING YOUR CALENDARS:

WHAT MUST I SUPPLY?

Please supply us with a printed colour sample of your logo (Letterhead, business card etc.) as well as any information you want printed on the calendars. This could include a slogan, telephone, e-mail, website etc.

WHAT FORMAT MUST MY LOGO BE IN?

We require your logo in a digital format, this can be e-mailed or supplied on disk. Please supply a high-resolution file in order to get the best print quality. Logo’s should be supplied in one of the following programs – PDF, Illustrator (EPS or AI), InDesign or Photoshop. Logo’s supplied in Microsoft Word or supplied at low resolution will require us to re-draw them for a small fee.

WILL MY INFORMATION AND COLOURS BE CORRECT?
In order to get your logo colours correct we would need a pantone or CMYK reference number, alternatively we can match your logo colour to the colour sample provided. For you to ensure that everything is 100% correct you will receive full proofs of your artwork to sign off before we go to print.
HOW MANY COLOURS ARE THERE IN MY LOGO?
Note the paper is white and not an extra colour.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY:
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Calendars normally take six to eight weeks to produce from final approval of your artwork. (Sometimes longer for speciality items.) Orders should therefore be in a few months before the required delivery date. However, should you place your order early we are able to print, package and store the calendars in advance until such time as you require them.

WHAT ABOUT DELIVERY?

There is a delivery fee of R480 to one address in the Gauteng area. Should your calendars need to be delivered nationwide / worldwide we will package and courier the calendars according to your distribution list. We offer this as a service as we have ample storage space for large volumes and have the experience to package the calendars suitably for distribution. We do not charge a handling fee for this service, however the cost of the packaging and courier fee’s will be for your account.
